We want you to love your Pretty Lavish pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags securely attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside to help us identify your order.

Ship the Parcel

Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
